The Role

This is a mid-level opportunity for a Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of the creative process. Beyond technical execution, you will act as the design lead for our projects, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and final production. This role is designed for a professional who wants to refine their craft in a collaborative agency setting, moving beyond simple task completion to mastering the art of building and maintaining complex visual systems. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Central Florida. While we welcome applicants from outside the region, please note that relocation assistance is not provided. Candidates must be able to commute daily to our Orlando office.

 

What You’ll Do

 

 

Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Stay inspired by great design and build mood boards to present directions.
  • Conceptualize visual solutions and use technical skills to bring them to life.
  • Present design concepts and the strategic "why" behind them to the team.
  • Translate client and internal feedback into strategic design solutions.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to inform unique creative angles.
  • Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions to solve client challenges.

 

 

Design & Brand Alignment

  • Develop cohesive visual systems that work across both print and digital.
  • Lead the evolution of brand standards across a variety of new collateral.
  • Own the layout design for multi-page print projects like brochures and booklets.
  • Develop and deploy functional email campaigns and varied digital content.
  • Direct the visual style of social media posts and all accompanying assets.
  • Ensure all designs align strictly with brand guidelines and project goals.

 

 

Technical Production & Quality

  • Build clean master files that follow agency-wide technical best practices.
  • Master the pre-flight process to ensure files meet rigorous print specifications.
  • Manage the full print production cycle from initial layout to final file delivery.
  • Own the technical hand-off to print vendors with zero-error tolerance.
  • Identify potential technical or creative roadblocks before they impact timelines.
  • Verify every deliverable for total accuracy, consistency, and technical perfection.

 

 

Agency Operations

  • Navigate multiple active projects with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
  • Self-manage personal deadlines and workflows across various active projects.
  • Maintain the total organization of all project tasks and digital creative assets.
  • Provide status updates to ensure transparent communication with the team.
  • Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to keep projects moving.
  • Contribute to a positive agency culture through feedback and collaboration.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Deep knowledge of print production and technical file pre-flighting.
  • Advanced skill in multi-page layout and complex document systems.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in photo retouching, color correction, and image manipulation.
  • Familiarity with digital design for email and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a professional Windows/PC environment.
  • Maintain disciplined file organization and naming conventions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and the strategy behind the work.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proven ability to maintain brand consistency across various platforms.
  • Comfort in a collaborative office built on sharing and receiving feedback.
  • Local residency in Orlando with the ability to work in-office.

 

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Figma or Webflow for digital projects.
  • Experience with custom illustration or digital drawing.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
  • Experience with video editing and post-production.
  • Experience with photo retouching and image manipulation.
