As a Safety Manager, you will work closely with PGT’s truck drivers to ensure compliance with PGT and DOT regulations, encourage safe driving habits and oversee load securement. This role includes travel to various job sites, shipment locations and drop yards as needed. You will be responsible for reviewing load securement photos, coaching drivers and inspecting equipment to minimize potential violations or hazards.
