Landscape Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained landscapes.
• Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
• Engage in hardscape projects including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal as needed.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting or installation of landscape features.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with groundskeeping practices is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and communication.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and grounds maintenance.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
