Role Description

The Membership Enrollment Manager plays a key role in growing and retaining the membership base at PGA WEST®, The Club at PGA WEST, and The Citrus Club. Responsibilities include driving membership sales, conducting tours, onboarding new members, and developing retention strategies that ensure positive member experiences. The role involves closely collaborating with the marketing and events teams, maintaining membership records, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time on-site position based in La Quinta, CA, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and Relationship Management: Proven ability in membership or subscription sales, client relationship management, and customer retention strategies.
• Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in conducting tours and engagement presentations.
• Administrative and Organizational: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with membership management software.
• Marketing and Event Coordination: Experience in crafting marketing campaigns, event planning, and strategy implementation to promote membership growth.
• Professionalism and Interpersonal Skills: A polished and professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and members.
• Knowledge of Golf or Hospitality Industry: Understanding of golf, resort, or club industries is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
