Position Overview
The Dock Specialist supports the efficient movement, handling, and organization of exhibit materials within PG’s logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all items are received, processed, transported, and shipped accurately and safely to and from trade show venues, warehouses, and client locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the loading, unloading, and staging of trade show exhibit materials.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
  • Prepare materials for transport, including packing, labeling, and securing items.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the dock and storage areas.
  • Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to support scheduling and logistics.
  • Monitor equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or dock operations preferred.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials of varying sizes and weights.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment

  • Physical, hands-on role with frequent movement, lifting, and equipment operation.
  • May require occasional overtime or adjustment of schedule during peak event periods.

Salary : $18 - $25
