The Marketing Relationship Specialist supports collaborative marketing initiatives between the Family Security Plan and our credit union partners. This role focuses specifically on marketing strategy and member-engagement activities, working closely with credit union marketing teams and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns, support partner communication, and enhance program awareness. This position serves as the dedicated marketing point-of-contact, ensuring a seamless and effective marketing experience for our credit union partners.
Credit Union Marketing Collaboration
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned credit union partners.
- Coordinate marketing communications and campaign planning with credit union marketing teams.
- Support partner onboarding from a marketing readiness perspective – brand guidelines, messaging, campaign tools, and communication workflows.
- Participate in cross-department alignment to ensure partner messaging and strategy support the larger relationship managed by other internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular partnership meetings to review performance, brainstorm new initiatives, and share best practices.
- Oversee marketing calendars, approvals, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Member Engagement & Program Support
- Champion member engagement initiatives, ensuring all partner marketing materials effectively communicate value to members.
- Support the digital and in-branch member journey through consistent messaging and optimized campaign touchpoints.
- Work closely with internal creative and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with compliance and brand standards.
Strategic Marketing Support
- Lead and support multi-channel marketing efforts tied to member education and program awareness, in collaboration with credit union partners (email, digital, web, and in-branch).
- Ensure initiatives align with brand standards, campaign timelines, and compliance guidelines.
- Develop and optimize content and campaigns to support partner goals and engagement outcomes.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Internal Alignment
- Working closely with New Business, Field Teams, and Relationship Management to ensure a unified credit union experience across departments.
- Share partner marketing insights to support organizational decision-making and program growth.
- Maintain clear communication pathways so marketing initiatives integrate seamlessly with broader partnership efforts.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Marketing, Account/Partner Management, Client Services, or Project Management.
- Demonstrated success managing external partner relationships and executing integrated marketing programs.
- Experience in financial services, credit-union industry, insurance, or member-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and member engagement strategies.
