- PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
- We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.
PFP Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Floor Lead in Tupelo, MS!
Schedule & Pay:
- Warehouse Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri,
- 11:00am - 7:00pm
- $18 an hour PAID Weekly*
- Ability to also earn production pay: $70–$80 per truck completed
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and completion of daily work.
- Train associates on proper tire handling and safe work practices.
- Communicate progress and operational issues to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with floor duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on a consistent basis
- Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
- Must have reliable transportation and a reliable means of contact
- Work is very fast-paced and physically demanding
- Ability to operate a pump jack
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to operate a scan gun
- Ability to work overtime based on production needs
