Compensation: Base salary plus commission

Appliance Warehouse is a growing appliance retailer seeking a motivated, professional Sales Associate for our Tupelo location. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping customers, and takes initiative. This is a hands-on role that combines appliance sales, customer service, and support with warehouse and daily store operations.

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and help them choose appliances that fit their home and budget.

• Learn our products and clearly explain features, pricing, and available options.
• Prepare quotes, complete sales, and follow up with potential customers.
• Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and through messages professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving inventory using appropriate equipment and team assistance.
• Work with the team to support warehouse tasks and daily store operations.
