Role Overview
As a Collection Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues and follow up on overdue accounts while upholding the company’s brand and values.
Role Responsibilities
· Contact customers to collect overdue payments in a professional and customer-centric manner.
· Analyze customer accounts to identify delinquency patterns and determine appropriate collection strategies.
· Negotiate payment plans or settlements in alignment with company policies.
· Maintain accurate records of communication, payments, and collection efforts in.
· Escalate and resolve complex cases.
· Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
Required Skills & Education
· 2 years of verifiable experience in debt collections, preferably in a fintech, banking, or consumer lending environment.
· Knowledge of credit and collections best practices, legal regulations, and debt recovery strategies.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of delinquent accounts.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/collection software.
· Multilingual skills (optional but a plus).
Pay: $15 per hour generous bonus potential

Schedule: Day shift
Availability required during office hours, 7am-7pm Monday to Friday & 8am to 4:30pm Saturday.
Shifts will fall within these hours
