- Managing the interface between external customers, AR Accounting, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Ensuring timely collection of all accounts receivable balances, including direct communication with customers via phone, email, or portals.
- Utilizing COFANet to support customer credit limit validation and maintain credit management tools.
- Identifying and addressing credit and collection issues, collaborating with AR Accounting and OSR/CSR teams for resolution.
- Sending missing invoices, following up on past due payments, and maintaining accurate customer contact records.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and releasing pending sales orders from credit/shipment hold in compliance with company policies.
- Maintaining and updating customer master and credit data in SAP.
- Supporting customer service and program teams to resolve disputes related to receivable collections.
- Participating in bi-weekly Cash Drum meetings and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or have an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Have 1-3 years of relevant accounting/finance or collections experience (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel required); experience with SAP or similar financial systems is preferred.
- Are detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Can handle multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with cross-functional teams.
- Are comfortable working 100% onsite in Austin, TX during core business hours.
