Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily freight movements and ensure timely delivery from point A to point B.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Contact carriers to negotiate rates, resolve disputes, and ensure efficient load assignments.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their loads.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the transportation process.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics and operational flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and solving logistical issues in real-time.

Hours
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM. However, since freight never stops, there may be additional hours required to support operations and ensure the smooth movement of goods.
