Pezz’s Inc. is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative. Anticipated weekly hours will be 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting time is AM and 8:00 AM. Additional hours may be available in the future.
Pezz’s Inc. is one of the leading online retailers in the cell phone accessory industry. We are currently located in Batavia, Illinois.
Responsibilities
The primary job responsibilities include the following:
- Answering daily customer messages and phone calls regarding order questions and product information
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, which is our number one goal
- Handling customer returns and processing refunds in a timely manner
- Keeping up with product knowledge in our industry
- Possible light warehouse work (no heavy lifting)
- Willingness to learn how to list items on eBay
Requirements
- Experience with eBay, Amazon, and Walmart Seller platforms is a plus
- Experience or knowledge of the cellular industry / consumer electronics is a plus
- Strong typing ability
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong written communication skills are a must
- Team-oriented individual
- Self-starter
- Must maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers
- Ability to use common sense while handling customer situations
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily deadlines
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule & Compensation
This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time, with expected hours of 20 hours per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting between 8:00 AM. We can be slightly flexible for the right candidate.
Compensation: $18 – $19 per hour with a yearly review.
