This is an opportunity to play a key role in program execution, partnering with engineering, finance, and program management teams to ensure successful delivery of complex defense programs.
What You'll Do
- Monitor program cost, schedule, and resource performance using Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial execution
- Analyze program performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Prepare CDRLs, financial reports, presentations, and executive status updates
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, and PMO teams
- Identify program risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
- Track labor, resources, and budget allocations across development programs
- Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements, including EVM Formats 1-5
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 10 years of Program Controls Analyst (or equivalent) experience
- Strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with cost and schedule management for government programs
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proposal experience is highly preferred
- Experience supporting engineering and development programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience working in both large and small organizations
- Government contracting or defense industry experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
