Requirements:
- 5 years of project planning/scheduling experience supporting large capital projects
- Scheduling experience in construction is a huge plus
- This is a newer team – this person needs to be able to think on their feet, adapt easily, can take direction but will find stuff to do on their own/proactive/wont wait to be told
- Great attitude, manages stress well, team player
- Advanced experience with Primavera P6 - highly preferred that they have OPC (oracle prima cloud) experience
- Strong SAP skills, working in a project environment
- Highly experienced in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

Position Overview:
The Project Controls – Schedule Lead will be a member of our new Magnetics business. This is a rare opportunity to have an early role in developing and maintaining the program schedules for greenfield advanced manufacturing facilities that are shaping the future of American manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on team member with experience in capex program schedule management. The Project Scheduler will define and maintain the means and methods to monitor the progress and performance on individual projects, including establishing, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators and target dates for completion of programs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project and portfolio schedule planning for capital projects, including forecasting, tracking, and weekly status reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish annual plan and provide weekly forecast updates.
- Create project tracking and reporting templates that allow seamless data-sharing.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project/Primavera P6/Smartsheet/etc.
- Assist stakeholders with showing potential schedule risks, including engineering, procurement and construction related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company partners/customers schedule requirements in contracts.
- Coordinate with capital projects and engineering team on project set up and master data maintenance.
- Monitor the status of equipment installation and commissioning, and provide required inputs to allow fixed assets with cost controller and accounting team to determine in-service dates.
- Participate in end-of-project reviews for lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop capital project schedule processes and procedures.
- Create summary dashboards.
- Occasional travel to subcontractor locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Expertise in schedule management for medium to large capex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field of study.
- Experience in implementing flagship program schedules.
- 3-5 years progressive work-related experience.
- 3-5 years industrial project experience

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
