Summary:
The Labor & Employment Litigation Associate is responsible for:
- Litigating employment-related claims
- Representing employers before administrative agencies
- Providing services to employers in employment-related matters
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of general litigation experience
- Experience litigating matters in Texas and federal courts
- Admission to practice law in Texas is required
- Strongly Desired: Previous experience or background in employment-related litigation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels
