Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Committee Minutes Specialist to support Management Committees and the Risk Governance team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, balanced, and audit-ready meeting minutes while maintaining official records of committee discussions, decisions, and actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and document approximately 4 committee meetings per week (typically 2 hours each), ensuring accurate and comprehensive minute-taking.
- Produce clear, concise, and audit-ready meeting minutes that capture key discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Track and maintain action items through completion, ensuring alignment with final approvals.
- Maintain official historical records of committee proceedings in accordance with governance and compliance standards.
- Review meeting materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks) to ensure accuracy and alignment with documented minutes.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in minute-taking, copywriting, technical writing, or documentation support.
- Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to synthesize complex discussions into clear, structured documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple meetings and deadlines.
Role is onsite in San Antonio (4 days in office).
