Seeking 2 Analysts to analyze, strategize across multiple teams – How to enhance tools, system, capabilities. Analyzing people, process & technology. Working across teams to help coordinate different projects, reporting, and making data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Will work with teams across Claims Optimization – IT partners, data partners, data to support decision and IT to make something happen.
- Will review work from Adjusters & the claims file
- Working with leaders – Director, Executive Director, pitch ideas
- Strategizing Excel, Word, PPT to help pitch business ideas and dig into data.
- Setting goals and monthly metric reporting for benchmarks and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Claims experience
- 4 years of Business Analyst experience
Preferred/Differentiators:
- Claims experience
- Guidewire Claims Center, Tableau, Jira or Jira Workforce Management (JWM)
