Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Bookkeeper to join our team and oversee financial operations across multiple related companies. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting functions with minimal supervision.
This is a hands-on position in a multi-company environment where no two days may look the same. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Duties
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process and maintain payroll
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Generate and review weekly and monthly financial reports
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
- Handle vendor communication and payment processing
- Assist with document organization and audit preparation
- Support multiple business entities simultaneously
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Experience with payroll processing and reporting
- Ability to perform account reconciliations independently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills
