Role Snapshot: Sales Associate - Puppy Matchmaker
Location: Tulsa, OK 74133
As a Sales Associate, you are the driving force behind our store’s growth and success. Your primary goal is to smash sales targets and quotas, providing unforgettable customer experiences along the way. We value your hard work and ensure that it is reflected in your earnings through a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Surpass sales goals and objectives
Proactively engage with customers through warm calls and scheduled appointments
Foster lasting relationships with Affiliate programs
Garner positive customer reviews
Manage inventory updates and coordinate with our online call team
Work collaboratively with management on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities
What We Need from You:
Experience in a sales role, preferably in retail
A history of exceeding sales targets and quotas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Efficient organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and stay composed under pressure
Team spirit and motivation to inspire others to achieve common objectives
Availability for full weekends, but part time is also welcome
