Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates
- Train and onboard new team members
- Set sales goals and targets for the team
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly priced and displayed
- Manage cash register operations, including cash handling and balancing
- Oversee payroll processes for the team
Experience:
- Previous experience in team management or leadership role
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [additional language] is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry preferred
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Sales management experience is highly desirable
