Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly at the front desk, establishing a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in person, addressing questions and resolving issues effectively
- Office tasks including filing, writing in charts, scheduling appointments and cleaning
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to enhance overall office productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, clerical work, or office management roles with strong computer literacy skills
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Regularly lift 0-50lbs
- Can work in a team environment as well as independently
- Enjoys working with dogs, cats and people
- Can conduct oneself in a confident and professional manner in high stress situations
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Technical proficiency in data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management is essential
- Office experience involving front desk duties, clerical support, or administrative responsibilities is preferred.
- Must be available between the hours of 6:45 am - 6:15 pm Monday-Friday, 7:45am -12:15pm Saturdays, and 3:45pm - 6:15pm Sundays. Your 40 hours are scheduled between these times. Must be available weekends and around the holidays.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
