Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Turnaround Coordinator to join our Shutdown, Turnaround, and Outage (STO) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the safe and efficient execution of E, I&C activities during Turnarounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate E, I&C Turnaround execution according to company HSSE processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to Integrity Management System, Work Management, and STO processes.
- Meet all Gate process deliverables within area of responsibility.
- Facilitate Turnaround scope of work workshops.
- Support Turnaround Planners in developing detailed execution work packs.
- Collaborate with Turnaround Scheduler to develop project schedules.
- Coordinate logistics, tools, and equipment certifications/mobilization.
- Ensure compliance with business controls and approved contractors/suppliers.
- Participate in contractor selection and oversee their scope and scheduling contributions.
- Review and control contractor timesheets.
- Monitor contractor work progress against schedules.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Electrical trade experience preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in E, I&C maintenance execution lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of DCS systems, GE Mark VI, and field instrumentation.
- Experience managing full Turnaround lifecycle and project controls best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance as an end user.
