My Client, a leader in Solar Energy installations, is looking for a Solar Technician I for an 8 month W2 Contract. This role involves 100% travel, mainly in TX and FL, expenses are paid, and you will receive a laptop and PPE
The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining Solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will also be responsible for commissioning of solar invertors.
Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and maintain solar panels and related equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
Document installation and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with teams to optimize system efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Experience in solar installation or maintenance roles.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of solar energy systems and safety practices.
Strong communication.
Able to operate laptop, software, and pulling files off equipment.
