Job Title: P6 Scheduler – Refinery Maintenance & Turnaround

Pay: $75–$80/hour $150/day per diem
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support long-term scheduling needs at a refinery in Lima, OH. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing detailed schedules for operational maintenance and shutdown/turnaround activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for daily maintenance and long-term shutdown/turnaround events using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to align schedules with plant priorities.
- Track progress, update schedules, and provide accurate forecasting of timelines and resource requirements.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support planning and execution teams by producing reports and schedule analyses for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with refinery safety and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of scheduling experience in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Strong knowledge of refinery maintenance, turnaround, or shutdown planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $75–$80/hour.
- $150/day per diem provided.
- Long-term contract with potential for extensions.
