What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Petroleum Services Group?
The Dispatcher for Petroleum Services Group serves as the primary contact for customers with issues, efficiently scheduling and dispatching service or construction technicians, coordinating vendors, and managing work order progress from initiation to completion to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency for client facilities. This position is full time, hourly, in office located in Waycross, Ga.
We are looking for a candidate with the below skillset:
- Answer Customer Service Calls
- Build & Manage Routes for existing Technicians & Testers
- Willingness to learn about the functions of Petroleum equipment in order to assess issues and dispatch accordingly
- Ensure Customer Service calls are properly prioritized and logged
- Ensure Customer’s service needs are met
- Maintain Customer & Service Technician satisfaction
- Deal with difficult customers
- Ability to multitask
- Requires exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & excel in stressful situations

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
