We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of vehicles and personnel to ensure efficient operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize incoming requests for service and dispatch appropriate personnel and vehicles.
- Monitor and track the location of vehicles and personnel using GPS and other tracking systems.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service requests.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or transportation is a plus.
