| Billing Specialist Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Prepares and issues customer invoices based on service records or contracts * Verifies accuracy of billing data, rates, and supporting documentation * Records billing transactions and maintains up-to-date billing files * Communicates with customers regarding billing questions and payment status * Assists with reconciliations and reporting as needed * Supports the billing department in maintaining compliance with company standards * Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job |
