Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Siemens SGT-300 and SGT-400 gas turbines, specializing in mechanical maintenance, overhaul, inspection, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance, overhaul, inspection, and troubleshooting of SGT-300 and SGT-400 gas turbines.
- Inspect and maintain compressor, turbine, rotor, blades, bearings, combustion chambers, fuel and lubrication systems.
- Perform rotor alignment, balancing, vibration troubleshooting, and component replacement.
- Support gas turbine installation, commissioning, retrofit, and mechanical upgrade projects.
- Troubleshoot and support turbine control systems, Siemens S7 PLC, HMI/SCADA, instrumentation, sensors, and actuators.
- Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with OEM, HSE, and quality requirements.
- Provide technical supervision and support to mechanical maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens SGT-300 & SGT-400.
- Proven experience in gas turbine mechanical maintenance and rotating equipment.
- Experience in overhaul, alignment, balancing, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC and turbine control systems is an advantage.
- Oil & Gas, refinery, or power generation experience preferred.
Pay: $300.00 - $400.00 per day
