compensation: $18.50 - $20 per hour plus tips
employment type: part time that goes into full time.
Looking for someone with an upbeat, social, and high energy personality who is eager to work with a strong team.
Front desk responsibilities include:
-Answering phones, greeting clients, making appointments, verifying vaccines, checking in and checking out clients for boarding, grooming and daycare.
-Preparing quotes for hotel reservations (will require ability to make simple to complex calculations.)
-Being able to provide the highest level of customer service.
-Animal medical and safety knowledge.
-Building long lasting relationships with our amazing clients.
-Performing in an intense, fast paced environment and multitasking.
-Delegating responsibilities to the back staff.
-Implementing time management skills for team members.
-Handling client questions, needs or complaints.
-Cleaning, maintenance, walking dogs, and taking animal pictures/videos.
-Must have previous experience with either (1) working reception at an animal facility or (2) working reception in a veterinary, shelter, rescue environment
