Job Title: AI Engineer / Data Scientist
*This is a contract - 1099 opportunity*
Job Overview: Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying internal AI Agents and related systems. This role requires a solid data science background, a deep understanding of the underlying logic of Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to lead the construction and implementation of Agentic AI workflows
.Key Responsibilitie
- sAI Agent Development & Deployment: Design and code core modules for AI Agents, build complex Agentic workflows, and achieve automation and intelligent processing for specific business scenarios
- .Model Application & Evaluation: Evaluate and apply various open-source and closed-source LLMs. Optimize Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and model inference efficiency based on an understanding of LLM underlying
- .Data Analysis & Algorithm Modeling: Apply data science techniques to process and analyze complex datasets, providing algorithmic support for the decision engines and data infrastructure of AI Agents
- .System Integration & Engineering: Manage the engineering implementation of models in a Linux environment, ensuring efficient integration and stable operation with existing systems and databases
.Basic Requirement
- sEducation: STEM background (Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields)
- .Experience: 2 years of work experience as a Data Scientist, with proficiency in core data science methodologies and mainstream machine learning algorithms
- .Core Skills
- :Proficient in Python programming
- .Familiar with Linux systems, capable of proficiently handling system configuration, environment setup, and application deployment
- .Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, with solid skills in data querying, processing, and management
- .Familiar with Git operations and code version control collaboration workflows
- .Deep understanding of LLM underlying logic, familiar with the usage, selection, and evaluation criteria of various open-source and closed-source models
- .Familiar with AI Agent workflows (Agentic AI) and related orchestration frameworks
.Preferred Qualification
- sFull-stack development experience, familiar with backend API design and microservices architecture
- .Knowledge of the React frontend framework, with the ability to independently develop or maintain basic AI interactive interfaces
