Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including fueling areas and convenience store.
- Stock shelves, merchandise products effectively, and ensure displays are appealing to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members; bilingual skills are a plus.
