What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent position at Petoskey Custom Homes?
Residential construction company seeking experienced and detail oriented Superintendent candidates, to lead field personnel/subcontractors in the construction of a new build, custom homes from site preparation to customer move in.
1) 5 years experience in superintendent role ideal. Each candidate will be evaluated based upon past experience both as superintendent, and/or other roles in the construction industry.
2) Must be willing to work as part of a team
3) Able to work in high stress situations
4) Detail oriented
5) Organizational skills a must
6) Experience with Excel and Microsoft Project a plus

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year depending on candidate/work experience
