We’re looking for passionate, persuasive, and pet-loving sales professionals to join our Call Center team as PetPlus Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you’ll connect with pet parents nationwide, helping them discover more cost-effective ways to care for their pets while supporting our mission to make pet care affordable and accessible. This is a proven successful program that you will be joining.
- We have offices in Florida and New York.
- We are open to remote working in the following states: GA, NJ, TX, and TN.
- If you reside more than 60 miles away from the physical office locations, you may be considered for remote working.
What You’ll Do
- Contact pet parents via phone and email to promote the PetPlus membership program.
- Communicate program benefits clearly and confidently to drive enrollment and close sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service while handling questions about orders, prescriptions, and products.
- Assist customers with Rx and non-Rx order updates, including communication with veterinary offices.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service KPIs.
- Collaborate with supervisors to share feedback and suggest process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Passionate about pets and helping pet parents save on quality care.
- Sales-driven with a proven ability to close deals.
- 2 years of sales experience (required).
- 2 years of customer service experience (required).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer, typing, and CRM navigation skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
