Role Overview
We’re seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Showroom & Sales Assistant to support day-to-day showroom operations, wholesale sales efforts, and internal organization. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow within a fast-paced fashion environment, and contribute to a rapidly scaling brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the showroom to ensure it is organized, presentable, and aligned with brand standards
- Support wholesale sales efforts, including preparing for buyer meetings and appointments
- Communicate with buyers and retail partners in a professional and timely manner
- Help manage order entry, tracking, and follow-ups
- Analyze sales data and assist in identifying best sellers and opportunities for growth
- Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel) for inventory, sales tracking, and reporting
- Assist with market preparation, trade shows, and showroom merchandising
- Support general operational tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
