Job Description:
Core capabilities require designing, planning, and guiding the implementation of AI solutions on the Azure platform to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical architecture, working with stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring the security and scalability of AI solutions, establishing MLOps practices, and providing technical leadership throughout the AI development lifecycle.
Core responsibilities:
- Solution design and architecture: Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions on Azure, from concept to deployment, integrating them with existing infrastructure and data platforms.
- Technical leadership: Provide hands-on technical guidance to delivery teams, including Azure AI Engineers, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where AI can drive value.
- MLOps and best practices: Establish and enforce MLOps practices for reproducible workflows, CI/CD for models, automated testing, and monitoring of model performance in production.
- Solution implementation: Guide the end-to-end implementation of AI-centric solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Technical guidance: Inform teams about industry best practices and procedures, review designs and code, and provide guidance on advanced AI techniques.
Key skills and qualifications:
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning services on Azure, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure AI Studio.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable and secure AI applications.
- Knowledge of MLOps principles, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python.
- Experience with integrating pre-built AI capabilities (Vision, Language, Speech, etc.) into enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and DevOps practices.
Salary/ Rate: $80-110/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
