Position Details:

• Preserve and maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community and facilities
• Full-time position in the Kansas City Metro - we have properties in Overland Park and North of the River in KCMO near Gladstone, Liberty, and Zona Rosa

Primary Duties Include:
- Show available units to prospective tenants and guide them through the application, leasing, and move in process
- Assist manager in overseeing site staff, leasing, marketing, and property maintenance
- Manage rent collections and tenant ledgers; issue notices for past-due accounts per company policy
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving resident concerns quickly
- Support current residents with ongoing needs and move-outs, including unit inspections
- Work with the maintenance team to schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendors/contractors to ensure the property is safe and well maintained

Qualifications:

- Previous leasing or Assistant Property Manager experience required
- Compensation is based on experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, filing, and document management
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Experience with Yardi, Rent Cafe, or other CRM software is a plus
