What You Will Do
Perform work involving the skills to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of Peterson Regional Medical Center in proper operating condition. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
Preferred Education
Trade School or similar
Required Technical Skills
Applied knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Med gas and Steam systems
Preferred Technical Skills
Management or supervisory experience managing Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Med Gas and Steam systems
Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification
Refrigerant, Pluming or Electrical Apprentice License
Required Experience
1 year in Hospital Facilities Maintenance experience
Preferred Experience
5 years of Hospital Facilities Maintenance experience
