We’re excited to announce that we are hiring in our parts department and are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team here in Waupaca. If you’re experienced in automotive parts or love cars/working on cars — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Department and customers (retail and wholesale) in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories.
- Receive and process parts orders over the phone, online, and in person.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for service work.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Process invoices, returns, and parts claims accurately.
- Keep the parts area clean, organized, and safe.
- Cross-train in all tasks and responsibilities in the parts department.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive/parts experience preferred (Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram and other OEM brand knowledge a plus). We work on all makes and models though!
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Familiarity with parts lookup systems (STARparts and AutoMate are a bonus) preferred. Training available for all systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
