The Role:
Schedule installation jobs and prepare the installers so they can accomplish the highest quality installations, every time. Dispatch effectively. You are the glue that holds the installation departments together.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the Install Managers by helping the team complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals.
- Prepare installation jobs in a timely manner.
- Building and scheduling Warranty Calls/Returns.
- Logging tasks for field supervisors to perform estimate for ductwork modifications.
- Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner.
- Calling customers to confirm service/installation, payment, time frame, removal of obstructions, also reminder on multi-day jobs they will be returning (if applicable).
- Schedule and dispatch jobs for the installers and apprentices. Dispatch technicians.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.
- Pictures submitted by department (before and during installation)
- Notes pinned to job.
- Document any damage done during installation and get with customer experience if someone has not already.
- All necessary payments such as credit card, financing paperwork and checks
- All necessary forms are signed and uploaded to the software system.
- Back up install coordinators in other locations if needed.
- Perform Happy Calls for previous day installations.
- Any other duties provided by the managers.
