The Role:
Our Plumbing Install technicians install and replace systems within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
What You'll Do
- Is excited to install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Consistently represents themselves as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
- 1-2 years of residential plumbing install experience (preferred)
- Builds a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers.
- Loves explaining equipment to customers.
- Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
Positions Available
- Plumbing Install Lead (2 years experience) $24-$35/hr
What Does It Take?
- Strong Mechanical Knowledge (Plumbing is a plus!)
- Strong Desire to Grow and Develop Into a Team Leader
- Clean, Safe, Driving Record
- High School Diploma or GED
