The Role:
Our Pipe Layer Apprentices repair existing issues outside each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home.
Pipe Layer Apprentices have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work.
What You'll Do
- Consistently represent yourself as professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
- Level and reset customer yards following excavation.
- Work on light landscaping of trees, shrubs, sod, etc.
- Assist the operator.
- Work as second hand to Excavation Team.
- Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
