What You'll Be Doing
- You'll become the trusted advisor homeowners rely on when making one of the biggest investments in their home.
- Meet with homeowners to understand their comfort needs
- Recommend HVAC solutions that fit their home and budget
- Present financing and pricing options with confidence
- Build trust through education instead of pressure
- Prepare accurate proposals for the installation team
- Maintain relationships that create lifelong customers
- Consistently work toward a 55–60% close rate and annual sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team development
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have at least 2 years of residential HVAC sales or similar consultative sales experience
- Have a proven history of exceeding sales goals
- Are confident presenting solutions and asking for the sale
- Communicate exceptionally well with homeowners
- Are organized and able to manage multiple appointments
- Enjoy building relationships, not just closing deals
- Are available for afternoons, evenings, and some weekends
