- Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings for team members
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
- Handle correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of reports and communications
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
- Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
- Proven office management or administrative experience with a strong background in clerical tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with data entry and recordkeeping systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs
- Experience with front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
