We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:Draft correspondences and other formal documentsPlan and schedule appointments and eventsGreet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsPerform all other office tasksQualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail​Strong organizational skillsDuties will also include Ability to Create Spreadsheets Using Excel, Send Samples to Customers, Create Labels for Outgoing Sales, Item Setup, Great note taking, Able to Retain Information When in Training, Organized, Misc tasks as they arise.  Company DescriptionWe are a wholesale distributor of children's toys and playballs. This is a fun and fast paced growing company with room for growth for the right candidate. We are in need of a qualified person to help with administrative work previously described.
