Peter Pan BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced, Factory-Certified Automotive Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Flat Rate Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at flat rate at $52.75 per hour. Expected pay is $100k-150k per year based on productivity and qualifications.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, 3 years of dealership experience. Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience as a BMW Technician is highly preferred; factory-certified technicians from other automotive manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
- Current or previous OEM factory certification is required.

- Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate technical findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
- Accountability: Complete repairs within manufacturer time standards while maintaining accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Safety: Understand and comply with all federal, state, local, OSHA, and dealership safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment and hazardous material handling.
