## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Experience in Emergency 24/7 Veterinary Hospital is a must.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
EzyVet and Smartflow experience is a PLUS!
The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality care to our animal patients and support our veterinary staff in delivering excellent service. We have 2 surgery suites, 2 Isolation suites, Ultrasound, X-rays, and Endoscope.
## Responsibilities
- Utilize veterinary terminology and knowledge to assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures
- Perform laboratory tests, including blood work and cytology
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Handle and restrain animals during examinations or procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and aseptic techniques in treatment areas
- Monitor patients post-surgery and provide nursing care as needed
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care, medication administration, and post-treatment instructions
## Qualifications
- Certification or degree in Veterinary Technology Required
- Proficiency in animal handling, including dogs and cats
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and maintaining sterile environments
- Understanding of veterinary critical care practices
