Position Summary
Pete’s Golf is seeking a passionate, golf-savvy individual to join our elite club-fitting team. No fitting experience is required—we will train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
- Preform professional golf club fittings using industry-leading technology.
- Engage with customers to understand their golf game, goals, and equipment needs.
- Learn to analyze swing data, ball flight metrics, and equipment performance.
- Build product knowledge across all major brands and component manufacturers.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service throughout the fitting process.
- Maintain fitting bays, equipment, and demo inventories.
- Contribute to a team environment that values precision, detail, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must play golf and have a strong, practical understanding of the game.
- Passion for golf equipment is a major plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and commit to a 6–12 month training program.
- Ability to work one weekend day as part of the regular 5-day weekly schedule.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
