Pete’s Capitola is looking for floor managers to join our team! Job Description:
- 30-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Perform restaurant opening and closing duties
- Manage the floor to ensure that all guests feel welcome, and are given responsive, friendly service
- Be physically present and mentally aware of guests, employees, and overall operations
- Hands on management structure with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and upholding company policies and standards of service.
- Understands and upholds Standard Operating Procedures, Training Programs, and other FOH regulatory systems
- Reports directly to Owner. Communicates each shift regarding the overall operations
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 years management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- 2 years serving and/or bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Highly energetic and engaged, with a strong ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills with staff, management team, and guests.
- Ability to work and lead in a team environment while promoting teamwork and positive employee morale. Has a positive and supportive management style.
- Effective communicator. Able to give/receive feedback
- Enjoys coaching and teaching, and can motivate staff during both busy and slow times
- Fluency in POS, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Food Safety certified
Compensation: depends on experience and qualifications
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
