We are a rapidly growing roofing and restoration company building a specialized flash team for high-volume recruitment. We're looking for a VA who specializes in identifying and recruiting top-performing sales professionals from adjacent industries—people who are proven closers looking for their next opportunity.

### The Role
We're hiring a **Sales Talent Scout Virtual Assistant** to recruit high-commission sales professionals from adjacent industries (HVAC, solar, home improvement, insurance, etc.). You'll be the talent scout who identifies proven closers and brings them into our sales organization.

**You'll be responsible for:**
- Identifying top-performing sales professionals from adjacent industries
- Researching and vetting candidates for sales potential and track record
- Conducting outreach to passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Qualifying candidates based on sales metrics and experience
- Building relationships with high-potential sales professionals
- Conducting initial interviews to assess fit and interest
- Creating compelling recruitment pitches tailored to sales professionals
- Tracking candidate pipeline and conversion metrics
- Maintaining database of sales talent prospects
- Collaborating with sales management on recruitment strategy
- Following up with candidates and managing communication
- Reporting on sourcing activity and pipeline health

### What We're Looking For

**Essential Qualifications:**
- 2 years of recruitment or sales recruitment experience
- Understanding of sales metrics and what makes a successful closer
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Excellent research and vetting abilities
- Comfortable with rejection and persistence
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with CRM systems and spreadsheets

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous sales experience (even if not currently selling)
- Experience recruiting in HVAC, solar, home improvement, or roofing
- Familiarity with sales compensation structures and incentives
- Experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of commission-based sales models
- Experience with email outreach campaigns
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Understanding of sales personality types and traits

### Key Responsibilities Breakdown

**Research & Identification (40% of time):**
- Research top sales performers in adjacent industries
- Identify candidates with proven closing track records
- Analyze LinkedIn profiles and work history
- Assess sales metrics and performance indicators
- Build lists of high-potential prospects
- Track industry trends and talent movement

**Outreach & Engagement (40% of time):**
- Create personalized outreach messages for sales professionals
- Conduct initial conversations to assess interest
- Discuss compensation and opportunity
- Share company information and role details
- Qualify candidates based on sales experience and metrics
- Schedule interviews with sales management
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects

**Administration & Reporting (20% of time):**
- Maintain candidate database and tracking
- Update CRM with prospect information
- Create weekly/monthly reports on sourcing activity
- Track conversion metrics and pipeline health
- Organize candidate files and documentation
- Prepare reports for management

### Success Metrics
- Candidates identified per week: 15-20
- Initial contact response rate: 25%
- Qualified candidates per week: 8-12
- Interview scheduling rate: 60%
- Hire rate: 20%
- Average time-to-hire: 14-21 days
