Our enterprise services division plays a vital role in supporting our clients’ operations — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Full-Time Client Support Specialist focused primarily on mail processing.
About the Role
The Client Support Specialist will primarily manage incoming and outgoing mail for clients, ensuring timely and accurate handling of important documents. This role is focused on document-handling tasks, including receiving, sorting, scanning, and forwarding client mail. Some light client communication may be required, but the majority of the work will be operational and task-based. This position reports directly to the VP of Enterprise Services.
Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality — especially when working with time-sensitive legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages for clients.
- Scan and forward mail using computer-based systems.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive or legal documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of processed mail.
- Communicate with clients or partner locations occasionally via email or phone regarding mail items, as needed.
- Support other light document-handling tasks as requested by management.

- Prior experience in a mailroom, law office, or document-handling role is a plus.
- English fluency.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Sort, process, and forward mail by hand.
- Move around the office to process items.
- Work at a computer for extended periods.
What We Offer:
- Full-time schedule - 32–40 hours per week during traditional office hours (M-F)
- Starting wage $20 per hour.
